About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial and budget management. The CFO will be responsible for advising senior officials on a wide range of financial matters, including financial management, systems, budgeting, accounting, program analysis, and internal controls. This role requires exceptional leadership, executive ability, professional judgment, technical knowledge, and practical experience in financial management and administration. The CFO will also collaborate with various offices within the company and external agencies, representing the company in financial matters and participating in cross-agency efforts to improve management and operations.Candidates for the CFO position must meet the Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) and the Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs) set forth by the company. The ECQs include leading change, leading people, results-driven, business acumen, and building coalitions. The MTQs focus on federal budgeting, accounting, and reporting processes, policy development, and communication expertise. The CFO will be expected to have a deep understanding of financial management and be able to integrate organizational outcomes with program funding. Effective communication at all levels, both within and outside the organization, is essential. The position is a critical-sensitive (CS)/high-risk role, requiring a Public Trust Security Clearance.
