About the Company and Opportunity:

CFS is working with a wonderful organization to identify a dynamic CFO who can manage the accounting and finance team!

Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer:
Direct month-end close and prepare monthly financial reports
Present financial summary to financial committee monthly and the Board of Directors quarterly
Oversee financial strategic planning and analysis
Create budgets and financial forecasts
Maintain relationships with financial institutions, external auditors, insurance companies, and other relevant parties
Direct cost accounting procedures and prepare cost reports
Support ERP implementation process
Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the CFO:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Seven years of experience in a senior financial role
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency with an ERP system
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Ability to communicate and build relationships effectively across departments and across all levels of an organization
