Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused CFO to step into a leadership role at a growing $100M manufacturing company in Southwest Florida. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves opportunity — ideal for someone who enjoys being in the weeds and driving outcomes directly, rather than delegating.

You’ll be stepping into a lean finance environment where the controller and assistant controller need support, and the existing ERP system is strong but underutilized. The company is seeking someone secure in their FP&A skills, comfortable leading from the front, and ready to get things done without a lot of layers or support.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Own all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning

    •    Identify and implement process improvements across finance and accounting

    •    Maximize the capabilities of the existing ERP system for real-time insight and control

    •    Serve as a business partner to the CEO and operational leadership

    •    Build out dashboards and KPIs for visibility across the organization

    •    Mentor and upgrade the finance team as needed

    •    Support potential future M&A or financing activity

Ideal Candidate:

    •    Proven track record in manufacturing finance leadership roles

    •    Comfortable operating without a large support structure — this is a doer’s role

    •    Deep experience in FP&A, forecasting, and operational reporting

    •    Strong ERP understanding (implementation or optimization experience a plus)

    •    Willing to be on-site and engaged daily in the business

    •    Able to handle both strategic oversight and hands-on execution

    •    CPA or MBA preferred but not required

Compensation:

Market-competitive. Open to interim or permanent structures, depending on fit and availability.
