We are a vertically integrated cannabis company with multiple retail dispensaries, cultivation facilities, and a processing plant. As we continue to expand rapidly with many moving parts 🚀, we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations and provide strategic leadership at the highest level.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• 📊 Lead and manage all financial functions of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management.

• 🧭 Serve as both high-level strategist and finance controller, ensuring financial discipline, accuracy, and transparency across all business units.

• 👥 Oversee and mentor a small accounting team (3 employees: AP, AR, and Accountant/CPA).

• ⚙️ Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems that support growth, scalability, and regulatory compliance in the cannabis industry.

• 💡 Provide executive leadership with actionable financial insights to guide decision-making and long-term strategy.

• 🤝 Coordinate with auditors, legal, tax, and banking partners to ensure the company is meeting all obligations and maximizing efficiency.

• 📈 Play a critical role in evaluating new ventures, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.

✅ Qualifications:

• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Controller, or senior financial leader in a complex, multi-entity business environment.

• Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, compliance, and risk management.

• 🌱 Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred, but not required.

• CPA or MBA strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team, while also being hands-on when needed.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
