Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Controller

Yazoo Valley Electric Power Association is accepting applications for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Controller, depending on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. This position is responsible for overseeing the Association's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, purchasing, and financial planning to ensure the cooperative's continued financial strength and operational success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting


• CPA preferred, not required


• Progressive financial leadership experience required


• Utility or electric cooperative experience preferred

Title and responsibilities will be commensurate with the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
