🔹 What You’ll Own:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy

Partner with the COO on payroll planning and growth

Manage accounting systems across entities (QuickBooks, bill.com, Guesty, Rentvine)

Coordinate with PMI corporate on royalty reporting and new franchise onboarding

Oversee financial reporting across operational and maintenance departments

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of experience in finance or accounting leadership

CPA or MBA preferred

Proven success in multi-entity environments; real estate or services a plus

Ready to act autonomously, make strategic decisions, and grow with the role

This is a high-impact position with long-term upside in both scope and compensation. You’ll have the authority, visibility, and backing to build something exceptional.

Compensation: $80,000.00 per year
