About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the development and implementation of security strategies that protect the organization's information resources. The CISO will be responsible for defining security principles, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting business needs while upholding the company's reputation. This role involves leading the cyber program, overseeing security measures for content and infrastructure, and proactively working with partners to meet security standards. The CISO will also be accountable for resolving security issues, identifying new technologies, and integrating security seamlessly into media production, management, and distribution across various platforms.Candidates for the CISO position should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with at least 10 years of experience in a large-scale security team, preferably in a media or broadcast environment. A strong background in managing enterprise security risk, cloud-based security policies, and incident response activities is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a high level of knowledge in data analysis, computer applications, IS security standards, and network architecture. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred, along with familiarity with industry standards and best practices. Desired skills include multi-cloud tenancy experience, deep knowledge of media technologies, and experience in broadcast engineering or technology.
