About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer (VP/CISO) to join their dynamic executive team. This senior leader will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's security stance meets current market needs, particularly in the context of a growing and complex healthcare environment. The VP/CISO will work in partnership with the Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Audit and Compliance, and other leaders to make information security a priority and a key area of focus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading information security and must be a trusted adviser, team player, and a strong, transparent, and solutions-driven leader. This role is highly visible and requires the ability to communicate effectively and develop trusting relationships at all levels.Candidates for the VP/CISO position should be prepared to relocate to the Phoenix/Scottsdale metropolitan area. The role demands a senior executive with a deep understanding of information security, preferably within a healthcare setting, and the ability to be a strategic partner in the organization's mission to improve community health and transform healthcare regionally. The VP/CISO will be a key figure in the company's dedication to excellence in quality care and will have the opportunity to engage with the Board of Directors.
