Medical Marijuana Clinic is seeking a strategic and innovative Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) to lead the development, management, and implementation of organizational knowledge initiatives. This executive role will oversee knowledge management systems, optimize information sharing, and ensure compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards related to medical cannabis services.

The ideal candidate will drive data-informed decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and support organizational growth through effective knowledge governance and information management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement enterprise-wide knowledge management strategies.

Oversee documentation, information governance, and knowledge-sharing systems.

Ensure compliance with healthcare and medical cannabis regulations and policies.

Manage organizational data, research resources, and internal knowledge bases.

Collaborate with leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Improve operational workflows through effective information management practices.

Establish standards for data accuracy, security, and accessibility.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance organizational learning and performance.

Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting medical cannabis practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Proven leadership experience in knowledge management, information governance, or executive operations.

Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory frameworks.

Experience managing data systems, documentation processes, and organizational knowledge platforms.

Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
