Fountain Life has three business divisions:

Fountain Life Centers:

Today we have four Centers located in New York, Orlando, Naples, Florida, and Dallas, Texas. The company has demand for more than 40+ centers around the world.
Fountain Health Benefits:

Group Health Captive for self-insured employers, focused on detecting asymptomatic disease and treating or reversing it. Delivers employees a “Root Cause/Functional Medicine” approach, effectively reducing claims spend and premiums over 3 to 5 years.
Fountain Digital:

Fully digital, AI-enabled, and cost-effective healthcare. Includes 100+ biomarkers, wearables integration, hormones, peptides, supplement, and medicine recommendations by your Functional Medicine MD. Also powers “Wellness Journeys.”
Key Responsibilities: As Fountain CMO, you will be responsible for all Marketing and Communications related to all three business units (Centers, Health Benefits, and Digital).
Strategy Development:

Craft and lead the overarching marketing strategy that aligns with Fountain Life’s mission and business goals across all three business units, executing in the following ways:
Experience & event marketing within a 100-kilometer radius surrounding our centers
Influencer marketing strategy and campaigns
Social Media Strategy across all channels
Podcast programming, building Celebrity Status for key Fountain Personnel
Educational Marketing
Public Relations & Media strategy
Member referral Marketing
Member renewal campaigns
Brand Management:

Elevate the Fountain Life brand, ensuring a consistent, impactful presence across all touchpoints.
Growth & Expansion:

Spearhead marketing initiatives that drive demand for new Fountain Life Centers worldwide and deepen market penetration, as well as Fountain’s digital offering.
Digital Expertise:

Optimize the promotion of Fountain Digital, leveraging the latest digital marketing strategies to enhance user acquisition and retention.
Health Benefits Marketing:

Create compelling narratives to promote Fountain Health Benefits to self-insured employers, emphasizing our unique value proposition.
Analytics & Insights:

Utilize data and AI to analyze marketing performance, refine strategies, and predict market trends.
Budget Management:

Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years in senior marketing roles.
Proven experience marketing high-end membership programs.
Proven experience and proficiency in marketing digital programs.
Proven experience and proficiency in data analytics.
Experience in building and managing a global brand.
Position Location: Fountain is headquartered in Orlando, Florida. It is a bonus for our CMO to be located at our headquarters, but not a strict requirement. If you are not based in Orlando, you will be expected to travel to Orlando on a regular basis.
