Job Description - Chief Marketing Officer

With a strong commitment to innovation and growth, we are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive our marketing strategy and accelerate our ecommerce growth.

Position: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and customer acquisition across all channels, with a strong emphasis on ecommerce platforms.
Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and conversion rates.
Oversee brand management and ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
Drive innovation in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Collaborate closely with the upper management and product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and product strategies.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the marketplace.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a senior marketing leader, ideally as a CMO or VP of Marketing, with a strong track record of driving ecommerce growth.
Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies, including performance marketing, CRM, and analytics.
Experience in developing and implementing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that have driven significant revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
