Job Details

The job entails developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to support new office openings, increase new patient acquisition, and maintain existing patient retention. Responsibilities include leading the marketing team in executing various campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media channels, collaborating with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals, conducting market research, managing the marketing budget, overseeing brand identity consistency, analyzing campaign effectiveness, staying updated on industry trends and technologies, building relationships with stakeholders, and providing leadership and mentorship to the marketing team.

Skillsets & Experiences:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, within a multisite organization
• Operationally-focused leader and assertive self-starter
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (internal and external), with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders cross-functionally
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive marketing decisions
• Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and proactively manage multiple priorities effectively
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance considerations is a plus
