Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for clinical operations, policies, and practices.
• Incorporate quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices throughout the organization.
• Oversee compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
• Foster relationships with clinical staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current medical license to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of clinical experience with progressive leadership roles in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality assurance, and patient safety standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in strategic planning and implementing clinical programs.
