Critical Illness Recovery Hospital Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for a 50-bed LTAC hospital located in Jackson, TN. This leadership role is an excellent opportunity for a nurse leader who is passionate about quality patient care and staff development within a specialized critical illness recovery setting.

Position Highlights:

• Reports directly to the CEO
• Oversees a team of approximately 60 FTEs
• Directly manages 2 House Supervisors (Day and Night)
• Full-time, permanent role
• Competitive base salary starting at $130,000+
• Bonus incentive program
• $15,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Required
• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 3 years of hospital nursing experience
• Leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity Preferred
• BLS Required
• ACLS Must be obtained within 6 months of hire
