Salary: $130K+ base + bonus + sign-on + relocation

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer to lead clinical operations at a 33-bed specialty facility located within a major medical center in St. Louis, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking nursing leader to drive quality outcomes, staff engagement, and operational excellence in a unique inpatient setting.

Key Highlights:

• Oversee a dedicated team of approximately 40 FTEs
• Lead with support from two direct-report leaders
• Operate across two hospital floors within a larger healthcare system
• Work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• BSN required (Masters preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of progressive nursing leadership experience managing inpatient units
• Demonstrated success in leading clinical teams and improving patient outcomes
• Background in high-acuity or specialty care is strongly preferred
