Design and implement evidence-based nursing education programs, clinical pathways, and standardized best practices. Champion research initiatives and create platforms for knowledge-sharing across the nursing enterprise.
Operational Performance Management
Direct performance improvement initiatives aligned with system objectives. Use data analytics to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and demonstrate measurable impact on clinical and operational outcomes.
Strategic Collaboration
