Salary: $105,000 \- $145,000/annually
Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity:
- At least 5 yearsâ experience in a hospital or acute care setting as a nursing leader managing large teams.
- Leadership experience in nursing to include responsibilities such as 24\-hour accountability, patient satisfaction initiatives, FTE management, policy, procedure, and budgetary oversight, and conducting disciplinary action.
- Chief Nursing Officer reports directly to the CEO

Chief Nursing Officer Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in WV and BLS certification (ACLS Preferred).
- Must have with an advanced degree such as MSN, other masterâs degrees are acceptable. OR be currently enrolled in a masterâs program and can show proof of present enrollment.
- Chief Nursing Officer must have gone through specifically The Joint Commission surveys/accreditation in a hospital setting.
