Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
Salary: $145,000+ + Quarterly Bonus Potential

This is a strong leadership opportunity for a seasoned nursing executive ready to lead clinical operations within a 40-bed hospital setting. You'll have full oversight of Nursing and Respiratory Therapy, driving quality care, operational performance, and team development.

What You'll Do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across nursing services
• Oversee staffing, patient care delivery, and clinical outcomes
• Lead and develop a team of 9 direct reports, including Nurse Manager, Supervisors, Educator, and Infection Prevention
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive performance improvement initiatives
• Partner with leadership to enhance patient care and operational efficiency

What You Bring

• RN required; BSN and Master's degree required (MSN if no BSN)
• CRRN required upon hire
• 5+ years hospital experience with 2+ years in nursing leadership (Director level or above preferred)
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage both strategy and day-to-day operations

Additional Details

• Monday–Friday schedule with weekend/night on-call
• Current ADC ~35
