Centreville Bank is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support our President and executive leadership team. This key role will lead our administrative function, manage an Administrative Assistant, and serve as a central point of coordination across the organization.
The Chief of Staff will help drive our strategic planning process, collaborate closely with our Corporate Communications team, and take the lead on select initiatives and events on behalf of the Office of the President. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong ability to influence, execute, and connect across teams.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5 to 10 years experience in a professional office environment.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The position requires the ability to read and interpret documents, along with the ability to write routine reports, Board minutes and correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one or in groups.
Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Must be able to compute rates and percentages.
Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of complex instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required.
Attention to detail and good planning, negotiation and organizational skills are essential.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and reach for extended periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 year's experience supporting Board activities including preparing meeting minutes, packets and presentations preferred.
Experience with strategic planning and Executive team collaboration
