The Role:

We are growing rapidly and looking for a scrappy, high ownership Chief of Staff to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving impact & outcomes in a fast-paced environment. They must possess strong first principles problem solving, move extremely fast, embody scrappiness and seek high ownership.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving excellence and delivery across sales, marketing, customer onboarding, and analytics, as well as a spectrum of other ad-hoc projects as they arise. You will own new 0 to 1 initiatives that will influence critical processes across the company. This is a true generalist role where you will wear multiple hats, and work closely with the CEO day to day.

Minimum Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in product, operations, customer-facing sales or consulting

• Excellent communication skills cross-functionally and with customers

• High ownership mentality

• Obsessed with earning customer love and doing what’s most impactful for our customers

• Move fast and handle ambiguous problems well biasing towards decisive action and driving clear outcomes / KPIs.

Ideal Requirements:

• Experience at an early stage, high growth startup

• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
