Niron Magnetics is comprised of a team of professionals with a desire to make a positive impact on the global community. We were named one of “America's Top GreenTech Companies” for 2024 and 2025 by TIME Magazine and the “Innovation of the Year” at the 2025 mHUB Fourth Revolution Awards.

Our team is made up of people who think big, dare to innovate, and strive to impact the planet through technological innovation for our customers. Ready to learn alongside amazing people, solve complex problems, and leave a legacy? Join our team.

What you’ll do

As the Chief of Staff at Niron Magnetics, you will serve as a key advisor and strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing critical support in strategic decision-making, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will also be a financial and strategic partner in shaping the company’s growth and fundraising execution. You will play a central role in building and maintaining the financial models, analytical frameworks, and decision tools that support how Niron allocates capital, structures expansion, engages investors, and prepares for its next major institutional fundraising and eventual IPO.

You will operate at the center of executive workflows and decision-making, providing analytical leadership and structured execution support to help the leadership team scale Niron from a breakthrough materials company into a global advanced manufacturing platform.

This role will report to the Director of Strategy & Strategic Finance.

  • Conduct market, competitive, and industry analysis to inform financial modeling and benchmarks

  • Support ad-hoc analytical requests from Niron functional groups as needed

Cross-Functional Program Leadership & Execution

  • Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring clear milestones and accountability

  • Identify execution bottlenecks and implement systems and processes to improve speed and clarity

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent financial acumen including three-statement and valuation modelling
