Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to prioritize and drive strategic initiatives across the company.
• Manage and coordinate communication between executive leadership and various departments to ensure alignment and effective information flow.
• Lead cross-functional projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Analyze and synthesize business data to provide actionable insights and support executive decision-making.
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance organizational performance.
• Support the CEO in managing external partnerships, investor relations, and key stakeholder engagements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the leadership team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic role, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and executing strategic initiatives at a senior level.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive business decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience working in fast-paced, creative, and dynamic environments.
• Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with integrity.
• Passion for fashion, sustainability, and innovation with a keen understanding of industry trends.

• Competitive base salary, $150,000 to $175,000 depending on experience
