About the Role
The Company is in need of a Chief of Staff to support high-profile, high net-worth Principals with global business and personal interests. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Principals' and their family's schedules, ensuring a seamless integration of career, business, and family life. This role demands a highly experienced, adaptable, and discreet individual with a minimum of ten years' experience in similar positions, particularly in supporting high net-worth individuals or celebrities. Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian, or Montenegrin, is essential, with French and Spanish being beneficial. The Chief of Staff will be expected to travel with the Principals at short notice and for extended periods, so the ability to accommodate this is a must.The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff position at the company should possess excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, along with a discreet approach to their work. The role is designed to be proactive and effective in managing the demanding schedules of the Principals, and the candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to do so. While the position will initially be remote, the Chief of Staff will be required to travel as necessary, sometimes at short notice. The role is with a dynamic, internationally recognized family, and the Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all aspects of their professional and personal lives run smoothly.
