About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner to the CEO and Founder. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, from strategic planning and execution to operational optimization. This role requires a highly strategic and analytical individual with a background in management consulting, business operations, or similar fields within a rapidly growing company. The Chief of Staff will lead cross-functional initiatives, identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, and manage the development of key corporate materials. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization are essential. The ideal candidate will have a B.A./B.S. degree (MBA preferred), a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, and a proven track record of leading AI projects and working in a startup environment.Responsibilities for the Chief of Staff at the company include strategic planning, operational optimization, communication, stakeholder management, and executive support.
