OneRyan Global is seeking a Chief of Staff (COS).
The COS will report directly to the senior leadership of OneRyan Global. The COS plans and directs all administrative and operational activities for OneRyan while working with the OneRyan Controller on financial and investment activities and managing OneRyan property managers, business managers, and staff on operational and property management activities.
The COS is hands-on and manages all day-to-day OneRyan activities including but not limited to leading projects, facilitating communications, addressing core issues and efforts (across OneRyan globally – US and India), assessing risks when making critical business decisions. The ideal candidate is a skilled multi-tasker, both strategic and tactical, a planner with the ability to be flexible and agile, highly organized with strong calendar management skills, with a professional and trustworthy demeanor. The COS is results oriented and operates with a can-do attitude. Experience with real estate property management and business management is a plus.
This position is in Dallas, Texas, and a full-time, in-office position.

Duties and responsibilities:
Strives to create a positive team member experience with OneRyan employees and leadership.
Acts as a point of contact between the CEOs and OneRyan leadership and employees.
Communicates with strong verbal and written skills with OneRyan employees and leadership, affiliate vendors and businesses and professional contacts of the CEOs.
Demonstrates integrity, discretion and trustworthiness in all actions.
Affiliate Vendors & Businesses
Coordinates and manages OneRyan vendor relationships and contractual agreements in accordance with CEOs.
Provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance as assigned by the CEOs and other OneRyan leadership.
Manages all administrative and operational activities with vendors and affiliate businesses of OneRyan Global as directed by the CEO.
Value
Proficient in office technology related to advanced calendar management, bookkeeping and communication for the CEOs.
Professionally represents the CEOs and manages correspondence by phone, email, or in-person.
Possesses strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Demonstrates daily efficiencies to manage multiple projects with minimum oversight or direction.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues with computer equipment and applications.
Knowledgeable in making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground support.
Experienced in all aspects of event planning and project management.
Skilled in identifying, escalating and resolving issues and problems.
Perform other duties assigned.
Education And Experience
Ten or more years of related experience in a similar environment.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Adobe Acrobat; and Internet navigation and research.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct supervision for employees in OneRyan Global and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
Certificates And Licenses
Valid driver’s license is required.
Work Environment
Standard indoor office environment with long periods working at a computer.
Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of OneRyan Global and interface with external vendors and businesses, as necessary.
