Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 base salary + performance-based bonus

The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO of a growing organization.
This is not an administrative role. You will help turn company priorities into action, drive cross-functional initiatives, strengthen accountability, improve processes, and ensure important projects get across the finish line.

What You’ll Do
* Partner directly with the CEO on strategic and operational priorities
* Turn objectives into clear plans, owners, deadlines, and measurable outcomes
* Drive important initiatives across multiple departments
* Identify organizational bottlenecks and implement solutions
* Strengthen accountability, communication, and execution
* Support talent, performance, and leadership initiatives
* Analyze KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
* Improve processes, systems, and organizational efficiency
