Job Description - Chief of Staff - Finance & Project Management

Spherity is a leader in digital identity solutions, driving innovation and security across industries. We are seeking a Chief of Staff – Finance & Project Management to support our executive leadership, optimize financial strategies, and oversee key projects to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, ensuring financial and operational alignment.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize resource allocation.
Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
Analyze financial data and generate reports to support executive decision-making.
Facilitate communication between departments to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
Identify areas for financial and operational improvement, implementing strategic solutions.
Support investor relations, financial compliance, and risk management efforts.
Lead special initiatives and drive continuous improvement across finance and project management functions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial management, project management, or strategic operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment is a plus.
