Chief of Staff / Hand of the CEO

Location: Roselle, IL

Salary: $135,000 Base

Plus: Performance Bonus

We're recruiting a highly capable Chief of Staff / Hand of the CEO to work directly alongside the CEO and help drive execution across the organization.

This role is designed for someone who can operate as an extension of the CEO—turning priorities into action, keeping initiatives moving, creating accountability, and helping leadership execute at a high level.

What You'll Do

• Work directly alongside the CEO to execute key business priorities

• Help translate vision and strategy into actionable initiatives

• Coordinate across teams and leadership to keep priorities moving

• Create accountability and ensure critical initiatives are completed

• Identify operational challenges and help drive solutions

• Take ownership of high-priority projects and initiatives

• Help strengthen the systems and execution needed to support continued growth
