Chief Operating & Growth Officer

The Chief Operating & Growth Officer (COGO) is a senior executive responsible for driving the business growth, operational performance, and financial success of PRN Home Health & Therapy. This role focuses on expanding revenue, increasing referrals and patient census, improving productivity, managing budgets and payer relationships, and ensuring scalable business operations. The COGO works closely with the President, Administrator, and leadership team to achieve profitable growth and strong financial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business operations, finance, sales, marketing, and growth initiatives.


• Increase patient referrals, admissions, revenue, and market share.


• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, referral sources, and payers.


• Oversee budgets, financial performance, profitability, and EBITDA growth.


• Improve operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and business processes.


• Identify opportunities for expansion, new service lines, partnerships, and acquisitions.


• Develop leaders, strengthen team performance, and support strategic planning.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
