Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a Chief Operating Officer for our senior living communities. The COO will play a major leadership role as Claiborne Senior Living continues to grow in number and stature, implementing innovative methods to create community and building a culture of excellence. In this role, you will be a member of the organization’s Executive Team and will lead the strategic direction and manage the performance of multiple affiliated business units.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Embody the company’s core values and live the culture.


• Drive the company’s operating capabilities to surpass financial targets, improve customer satisfaction and retention, and achieve company goals.


• Develop and implement actionable business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO/President


• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional track record of leadership


• Superior project management skills


• Resourceful and analytical with exceptional communication skills


• Outstanding public speaking and interpersonal skills


• Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making


• Understanding of analytics and performance metrics


• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software


• New development/pre-opening experience a plus


• BS/BA in Business or relevant field, MS/MBA is a plus


• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in senior living that includes progressive, demonstrated leadership


• Ability to travel 25% and as needed.
