Location: Lancaster, CA – On-site executive leadership role where you'll work closely with senior leadership and department heads.

Job Description

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute the firm's operational strategy.
• Lead administrative and operational functions across Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Recruiting, and other business units.
• Build, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing leadership team.
• Develop scalable systems, operational processes, and organizational infrastructure to support continued growth.
• Establish executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and client experience.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Ensure compliance with employment, legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and organizational alignment across the firm.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operational leadership experience.
• Significant experience leading large, multi-functional teams.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services organization.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA, JD, or other advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success leading organizational growth, operational transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong executive leadership, communication, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
