Chief Operating Officer

We are currently looking for a Chief Operating Officer in the Providence, RI area for a development company. This position will be responsible for the property management of the portfolio and a team of 20 employees.
Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership of day-to-day operations within the organization.
Overseeing Corporate Finance that includes AR/AP Functions, budgets, Financial Reports, forecasts, and analysis, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
Construction Management Experience.
Ensuring all building operations are completed.
Follows all regulations, procedures, and policies.
Collaborate with the Owner to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Work closely with the Property Managers.
Responsible for short term and long-term financial goals.
Evaluate employee engagement and performance.
Design and implement new procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
10 years of property management experience
Experience within the construction management and facilities management industries.
Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, and resource development.
Experience with all financials tasks within the property management industry.
Strong communication skills.
Customer service skills.
Strong analytical abilities.
