As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will join at a critical inflection point. Your mission will be to build and scale a world-class operational engine that enables fast execution, clear decision-making, and sustainable growth toward a 1B+ business.
Your role: You will act as a strategic partner to the founders and executive team, owning company-wide operations and ensuring that teams operate with clarity, strong execution, and full alignment to company priorities.
You will oversee key operational domains, including Customer Support, Quality, IT, and cross-functional execution, while embedding scalable processes and ways of working that enable teams to perform independently and consistently deliver results
- Drive company-wide goal alignment and performance management, ensuring clear priorities and accountability;
- Build and scale cross-functional execution, ensuring key initiatives are delivered on time and without bottlenecks;
- Establish clear ownership and effective ways of working across teams;
- Oversee cross-team smooth collaboration across many departments, including Product Development, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing and IT functions, ensuring best-in-class customer experience and continuous improvement;
- Ensure technology, data, and core systems support scalable and efficient operations;
- Drive operational excellence across supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment in collaboration with
functional leaders;
- Ensure clear visibility of performance to enable fast, data-driven decision-making;
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across the organization;
- Ensure operations are scalable to support international expansion.
- Experience operating in high-growth businesses with increasing organizational complexity and international expansion;
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including supply chain, fulfillment, and customer experience;
- Proven track record of building operational systems, execution frameworks, and organizational processes;
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across the organization;
- Strong business mindset with the ability to make decisions based on impact;
- Ability to bring structure and clarity into fast-moving, complex environments;
- High level of ownership and accountability, with a strong focus on results;
- Clear, direct, and fact-based communication style;
- Experience building and scaling high-performing leadership teams.
