About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to take on a pivotal role in leading and expanding its mission. The COO will have strategic and operational oversight both domestically and internationally, particularly in Honduras and Haiti. This role involves working closely with the CEO and International Directors to develop and implement organizational programming, budgeting, strategies, and policies. The ideal candidate will be a multi-lingual, Kingdom-minded individual with international experience, a strong focus on adding souls to the Kingdom, and a high level of integrity and consistency in their work. The COO will be responsible for problem-solving, identifying innovative solutions, and executing on findings to ensure the company's continued growth and impact.Key responsibilities for the COO include collaborating with country directors in critical areas such as team support, programming, finances, communications, leadership training, and human resources. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, an encourager, and an emotionally intelligent leader who can provide governance and oversight of key performance indicators. They will also be expected to define and implement operational oversight, conduct program audits, and ensure the organization's compliance with all relevant regulations. The COO will play a crucial role in defining business market strategy, providing continual leadership for the international operations team, and meeting with ministry partners to cultivate relationships and engagements.
