Base Salary: $175,000
Performance Bonus: Tied to EBITDA growth

As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to provide operational leadership across multiple companies, build scalable systems, develop high-performing teams, and help drive the next phase of growth.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on executive who enjoys being in the field, working alongside leadership and operations teams, improving performance, and creating long-term value. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of several established businesses while working directly with ownership to execute long-term growth strategies.

What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day operations across four operating companies.
Establish measurable goals, KPIs, and accountability systems for each company and its leadership team.
Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team.
Improve operational efficiency by identifying waste, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices.
Partner with ownership to oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cash flow.
Improve bidding accuracy, scheduling, resource allocation, and field execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, vendors, and strategic partners.
Spend time in the field with crews and managers to maintain visibility, credibility, and operational awareness.
Drive revenue growth through operational excellence, customer retention, and business development initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

Qualifications
5+ years of senior operations, general management, or executive leadership experience.
Demonstrated success managing multi-site, multi-division, or multi-company operations.
Proven track record of hiring, developing, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, budgets, forecasting, and operational metrics.
Experience within home services, construction, skilled trades, field services, or a related industry strongly preferred.
Experience with estimating, scheduling, dispatching, project management, or field operations is a plus.
