Job Description:

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) you will be a key leader in our organization, driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery in the critical power systems industry. You will play a crucial role in leading our operational teams, optimizing processes, and fostering innovation to provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Provide strategic direction and leadership to all operational functions, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and efficient execution of business strategies.

Service Excellence:

Oversee the delivery of top-notch services, including preventative and emergency maintenance for critical power systems such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), DC Plants, Inverters, Static Switches, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), and Power Distribution Units (PDU). Ensure our clients receive prompt, reliable, and high-quality support.

Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and increased operational efficiency. Implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance productivity in service delivery.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of technicians, engineers, and operational staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional development.

Strategic Partnerships:

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry vendors and stakeholders. Collaborate on joint initiatives, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure access to the latest technologies and resources.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols to ensure the reliability, safety, and longevity of critical power systems serviced by the company. Uphold compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Customer Satisfaction:

Focus on exceeding client expectations. Monitor customer feedback, implement improvements based on client input, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Financial Oversight:

Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. Contribute to financial planning and forecasting processes to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within the critical power systems industry.

Deep understanding of critical power systems, including UPS, DC Plants, Inverters, ATS, and PDU systems, along with emerging technologies and market trends.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives in the critical power systems sector.

Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, quality, and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
