Chief Operating Officer - General Application Submission

We are seeking current and aspiring Chief Operating Officers to join our network. Law firm Chief Operating Officers work closely with fellow firm leadership and play a critical role in driving firm strategy. They typically oversee firmwide business operations, including leading the finance, IT, talent management, marketing, DE&I, and/or administrative functions and promote excellence and alignment with firm strategy throughout the firm.

Successful candidates have extensive experience in leadership roles in a law firm or professional services environment and excel at leading with a human-centric approach. These roles require strong interpersonal skills to assist with stakeholder management and the ability to build consensus, make decisions, and gain respect.
