Chief Project Manager Officer

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all company projects and make sure they match company goals.
  

• Oversee the full project portfolio: timelines, risks, priorities, and resources.
  

• Implement and maintain a hybrid Agile–Waterfall process across the company.
  

• Manage and improve task and workflow systems (project tools, templates, processes).
  

• Ensure projects follow all internal rules and external regulations (e.g., data protection).
  

• Support and mentor teams on project methods and best practices.
  

• Create clear reports and dashboards for the CEO and management.
  

• Make decisions on project priorities, budgets, and problem escalations.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Master’s in Project Management is a plus).
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or leadership roles.
  

• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe are preferred.
  

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methods.
  

• Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI.
  

• Excellent English communication skills.
  

• Strong analytical thinking, planning skills, and ability to solve problems.
