Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee clinical development strategy across all phases

Requirements

• Deep experience in clinical development (any therapeutic area)
  




• Proven success in leading and managing high-performing teams
  




• Experience in biotech, pharma, or clinical-stage environments
  




• Fluent in Japanese and English
  




• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent) preferred
