The successful candidate will be a key collaborator with the President and COO, and will be responsible for formalizing and leading the strategic planning process to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for brand building, and a proven track record in marketing communication strategy, data-driven marketing, and digital marketing. The CSO will also be tasked with managing and fostering relationships between stakeholders, both internal and external, and establishing a high-performing Strategy and Planning team.Applicants for the Chief Strategy Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of professional experience, with a primary focus on marketing communication strategy, data-driven marketing, or digital marketing. Experience in an established creative agency, brand creative group, or a creative role within a technology company is essential. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills, as well as the ability to translate research into actionable plans. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive, flexible, and collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of driving excellence in strategic thinking and execution. Knowledge and experience with syndicated research tools and various marketing technologies for audience-based planning, targeting, and optimization are also important.
