Chief Therapy Program Officer

Description

Easter Seals TN continues to grow and expand with supports for individuals and families across Tennessee. Newly created position reporting to the CEO, will drive continued expansion and growth opportunities related to therapy programs focused on supporting more individuals and families. Initial core strategies will be to continue growth and expansion activities with current therapy programs. In addition, will assist with determining, developing, supervising, and launching any new therapy programs at Easter Seals TN. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate and share how they effectively utilized a variety of resources to increase efficiency levels, daily performance targets and ROI within therapies programs. Must be available to travel weekly across TN to support service sites and/or expand programming. Though estimated and depending on individual preference, overnights in TN average about 12x a year. Position will be based either in the Lebanon, Cleveland, Brentwood or Lexington TN office(s). Must be a licensed Clinical Psychologist, Neuropsychologist or Pediatrician. Minimum starting base range between $125K-$135K DOE.
