About the Role:
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient team. This is a full-time, weekday position supporting our board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to young patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and family therapy for children and adolescents
   
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other providers to develop and implement treatment plans
   
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
   
• Participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing professional development

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Specialized training in child therapy and/or 2–3 years of verifiable experience in child-focused therapy  
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field  
• Licensure in the state of Alabama (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
