Child Care Director (Operations)

At Precious Angels Learning Center, we believe high-quality child care begins with great leadership. We're looking for a Childcare Director of Operations who enjoys building strong teams, creating organized systems, and making a positive impact on children, families, and employees.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the center


• Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee accountability


• Oversee enrollment, tours, and family onboarding


• Ensure compliance with South Dakota childcare licensing regulations


• Monitor labor, payroll, and operational efficiency


• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming facility


• Develop systems that improve consistency and efficiency


• Partner with the Director of Education and Owner to achieve organizational goals

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing people and daily operations


• Childcare leadership experience preferred but not required


• Experience in education, healthcare, hospitality, or another service-based organization welcomed


• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Comfortable using technology and administrative systems
