As a Infant Toddler Teacher, you will:

Provide nurturing, responsive care to infants and toddlers in a safe, developmentally appropriate environment.

Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!

Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom that meets state and licensing requirements.

Foster strong relationships with children and families through daily communication and regular progress updates.

Observe, assess, and document children's developmental milestones using established guidelines and tools.

Support feeding, diapering, potty training, and rest routines in accordance with individual child needs.

Qualifications:

Qualified teacher per the Wisconsin Registry through CCFT trainings or college education

Obtained Fundamental of Infant Toddler Training

Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)

Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)

Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
