Job Description - Child Care Lead Teacher (Infant) - Full-time
Join Our Team as an Infant Teacher!
Are you passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and thrive? We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Childcare Teacher for our Infants to create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported.
What You’ll Do:
Foster social, emotional, and academic development through creative activities and play-based learning.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
Maintain a nurturing classroom that encourages curiosity and confidence.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School diploma or equivalent general education degree, required.
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education, preferred.
Knowledge of state child care licensing, Young Star, and NAC accreditation requirements, preferred.
Certifications that must be obtained and maintained within first 90 days: Certification or approved course work in early childhood development, CPR, AED, First Aid, Child Abuse Prevention, Blood borne Pathogens, Hazard Communication.
Attend at minimum 9 staff meetings per year, complete at least 25 hours in early childhood training, and obtain additional certification as requested.
