The Learning Center is seeking childcare teachers for infant, toddler, and center float positions. Full time and part time opportunities are available. Open positions available at all locations. We are looking for caring, creative, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our growing team.
The Learning Center is a privately owned childcare center with locations in Manchester, South Windsor, and Windsor. - Previous experience in a childcare setting preferred. Early childhood experience and education a plus.
- We will train individuals that have an interest in working with children and an eagerness to learn
- Reliable transportation is required as travel between programs may be necessary for select positions
* Pay will be based on applicant's experience and education.
Currently offering $15.00 - $18.00 per hour for select positions

The Learning Center teachers make sure our students have plenty of time to play. Children learn best through play and exploration. Infants and toddlers develop socially and emotionally through play and interaction with peers. Outdoor play promotes toddler motor development and imaginative play encourages their cognitive awareness. Cooperative and imaginative play help pre-schoolers grow socially and emotionally. Developmentally appropriate play increases learning and awareness at all levels.
