Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications  :
Education: High School Diploma or GED 
Experience: 2 years’ experience working with at risk children and or victims of family violence or a similar setting
Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish
Certification: Infant and Child CPR First Aid 

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Social Services, or a related field

Languague: Bilingual in English and Spanish
 
Experience: 2 years’ experience working with at risk children and or victims of family violence or a similar setting

Other Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: 
•    Case management and service coordination 
•    Child and family advocacy 
•    Trauma informed care principles 
•    Crisis intervention and de escalation techniques 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills 
•    Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams 
•    Documentation and record keeping accuracy
