POSITION PURPOSE: This position requires the clinician to effectively coordinate and conduct intake assessments for the Child/Adolescent Partial Hospital Program. The clinician assumes responsibility for overseeing cases from the initial intake assessment until the consumer begins the program. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial intake assessments at the child/adolescent Partial Hospital Program. Support clinical operations, if needed, including crisis management, conducting group therapy, team coordination, attending treatment team meetings, and maintaining accurate clinical records. Maintain professional communication with internal/external partners, responding promptly to inquiries. MINIMUM QUALILFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Human Services and 1 year of direct care experience. This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position. 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Schedule may vary slightly according to program need.
