👶 About the Role

We’re looking for a Child Development Assistant Teacher who’s equal parts caregiver, cheerleader, storyteller, and tiny-human wrangler. You’ll help create a safe, playful, and nurturing environment where little minds can grow, explore, and occasionally cover themselves in paint.

🎨 What You’ll Do

• Support lead teachers in daily classroom activities


• Read stories with dramatic flair (voices encouraged 🎭)


• Help with art projects, playtime, and learning activities


• Comfort boo-boos (emotional and otherwise)


• Celebrate milestones—big and small


• Keep things organized… or at least organized-ish

• A genuine love for working with children


• Patience, positivity, and a good sense of humor


• Ability to get down on the floor… and back up again 😄


• Basic knowledge of child development (or eagerness to learn!)


• Team player with a kind heart

• Can sing nursery rhymes without hesitation


• Know at least 3 ways to stop a toddler meltdown
