What You’ll Do in This Role

• Support classrooms across the center as needed
• Assist Lead Teachers with daily activities and routines
• Help create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment
• Work with different age groups depending on the day
• Build positive relationships with children and your team
• Be part of a school culture where we learn, grow, and sometimes end the day with a dance party

✅ What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Ability to pass all required background checks
• Previous childcare experience is a plus, but not required
• A positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Reliability and willingness to jump in and help where needed
